So I decided it was just about time to get a new post up here. It has been a while. I am so happy to be home, but I miss my mission a lot. I cannot believe I have already been home for more than 3 months. That is just CRAZY!
We are in St. George right now with Trenton and Lauren and their kids and then Alex and Whit with Bronson. It has been really fun to see everyone and to spend time as a family. I definitely miss Justin and Jordan and their families. I hope they know I am thinking about them.
I love Thanksgiving! Last Thanksgiving I was SICK (SUPER SICK) and was in bed ALL day long. It was no fun at all!
The Thanksgiving meal was super good. I didn't even get to seconds I was so fun after my first helping. It has been a while since I have eaten SO much food (and super unhealthy food for that matter). It reminds me why I am so motivated to live a healthier and more physically fit lifestyle. I feel like crap right now! Haha I feel like I have already gained like 10 pounds back again. haha. I am having a ton of fun working out at the Apple and with my personal trainer. It isn't the easiest thing ever, but I find it really therapeutic and it makes me feel good about myself.
Well I am so thankful for SO many things. I am thankful first and foremost to my Heavenly Father who has blessed me so much during my whole life. I am so blessed. I have a really easy life and a very comfortable life and I am blessed because my Heavenly Father loves me. I know that. I love my Savior and I am so thankful for Him, every day! I have the opportunity to one day be perfect because of what He did for me. I feel so much closer to Him thanks to my mission.
I am so thankful for such a wonderful family. I loved my family before my mission, but that love has grown So much more during my mission. I guess distance really does make the heart grow fonder. I have a great family! We are not perfect, that is for sure, but we work hard, love each other, and pray for each other, and that is awesome.
Happy Thanksgiving!
